11:30 - 1:30: cocktails
This ceremony is for graduates fromthe following programs:
Executive Education, Global BBA,
Mastère Spécialisé and Masters of Science.
Afternoon celebration
4:00 - 5:00: arrival and seating
5:00 - 6:30: ceremony
6:30 - 8:30: cocktails
This ceremony is for graduates from the following programs:
Programmes Grande Ecole
(classes préparatoires, admissions sur titre France, admission sur titre international, parcours européen triple diplôme).
For logistical reasons and to comply with the Vigipirate security measures applicable to this event, please note that:only people whose name is on the list of attendees will be admitted to the Cité Internationale.

Graduates and their guests will be admitted to the venue on presentation of a paper or digital copy of their confirmation of registration. You will be required to show formal proof of ID. This means that guests will be able to arrive separately from the graduates.
- Graduates will have to check in at reception. No unregistered graduate will be able to collect his or her diploma that day. We remind graduates that diplomas may only be released to them on presentation of some formal means of identification (e.g. passport, national ID card, driver’s license).
- We would ask people with reduced mobility to contact us prior to the ceremony at events@em-lyon.com so that we can arrange guidance for you on your arrival. We will then contact you about facilitating your access to the venue on the day.
